I have started having lucid dream and OBEs a few months ago, that were spontaneous and unexpected, but very welcome. ๐
They made me research more on lucid dreams and OBEs. I just finished a book that I find excellent and highly recommend: ‘Explorations in Consciousness’, by Frederick Aardema. I like the fact that it merges the lucid dream state, the OBE and physical reality. I just joined his forum, and I am looking forward to exploring more! ๐
