Another timely post and an interesting article, thanks! 🙂
I have started having lucid dream and OBEs a few months ago, that were spontaneous and unexpected, but very welcome. 🙂
They made me research more on lucid dreams and OBEs. I just finished a book that I find excellent and highly recommend: ‘Explorations in Consciousness’, by Frederick Aardema. I like the fact that it merges the lucid dream state, the OBE and physical reality. I just joined his forum, and I am looking forward to exploring more! 🙂
Thanks for the recommended reading, Karin.

But take, for example, the purely secular and scientific approaches to lucid dreaming, such as that exemplified by the work of the psychophysiologist
Stephen La – Berge. we experience in our life – the wanted, the unwanted, the health, the illness, the wealth, the
poverty – is a reflection of our thoughts and feelings.
